After looking for over a year and not finding a new home that met our desires and needs, we had almost given up. My wife discovered Andrew Butler quite by accident online. We made an offer on the first house he showed us. Not successful but within a few weeks and only a half a dozen showings, my wife took one look at our new home and said, "This is it". They also handled the sale of our old home, and we got a full price offer practically the first day. The offer was the highest price ever paid for a property in our neighborhood where several houses have been on the market for months at lower prices. What a great team. Andrew and Wyatt did a great job of finding our home, managing the process, and answering any and all questions. Saved a great deal of money and time by getting our old home sold quickly and for a price I couldn't quite believe. Great pair to deal with.
